Believe it or not I've actually asked Muzhaffar (thanks btw!) to buy the tickets as early as two months before the date. I was kinda gelabah because I heard that the tickets were selling out fast. After dum-dam-dum-dam of processes, I got the tickets! I mean WE got the tickets.
Big fat smile on their face.
Actually we got our tickets included a training pass on 19th July. But I didn't go to the training session due to my part-time job schedule. I took ONE week leave just for this match and it started on 20th July. So, I missed it. *They don't need me anyway, they just need the players right?* So I went to Nina's house one day before the match to prepare ourselves. *Prepare apa? Perasan lebih.* Muz drove his car and fetch us early that morning with Erin. The match starts at 8.30pm, but we went out at 9am. Nah, we are not a super fan of Chelsea or Malaysia that waited 12 hours for the match to start. We hangout at The Mines while waiting.
We played bowling and had lunch there. Muz actually rebonded his hair that time. Truly epic and unbelievable. Yes, of course we waited for his hair to done. Lelaki lagi jaga rambut dari perempuan, padahal rambut I lagi panjang, serabut jer. After all the activities, we headed straight to Bukit Jalil Stadium. When we reached there, it was fulled of cars and jammed like hell. The VVIP sticker on Muz's car didn't help us to pass the guard. And it took us an hour to find a parking lot. As soon as we came out of the car, we saw all of the people there wearing either blue or yellow jerseys. Oh shit! Me and Nina were still with our outing dress on like we are going to a runway and eventually lost our way and reached the stadium.
2 lost puppies.
We bought Harimau Malaya's jersey at the first stall we passed by and found out that the next stall was selling the same jerseys cheaper by RM15. Oh great, kena tipu. Whatever. We put our jerseys on and yeah, we were part of the match yaw!
There were two 'half-blood princes' sat behind us during the match. Lucky us. *wink wink*
When the game started, everyone in the stadium was so excited and we followed all the audience make waves by standing up and down and put our hands up. It was fun and exciting! All the cheers and songs made us so nervous for the game. The part which made us so tired that day was when the ball was passed near to the Malaysia's goal by the Blues. We kept standing and sitting during that phase, konon-konon nervous gila. I was wearing Harimau's jersey, of course I kept on shouting "GO MALAYSIA! GO!".
When we were just about to leave the stadium after the game, I realized that my luggage that was supposed to be inside the bonnet was on the back passanger's seat! I thought 'Hey aren't that supposed to be at the bonnet...'while pointing my finger to the window. Omaigad the window glass was vanished! There was no glass on the window. "Muz, kereta you kena pecah la!" And that's where the problem began. Erin was so frustrated and people around came up and asked about the car's condition. All our luggage were opened and our belongings were everywhere on the seat. Lucky us that we brought all of our valuables with us to the match and Muz lost only his Vodafone and a Bluetooth device. Soon after that we realized that other cars nearby were broken in too, and one of the car even lost their laptop! Bad luck, back luck. When we went to the nearest police station, we met a lot of people with jerseys there. Lol, it means that a lot of people lost their belongings too at the stadium just now. I asked one of the people with jersey what did they lose, their laptop or just their window broken? Guess what, he said his car is missing. WHAT? A CAR? JAZZ! That time we realized that WE WERE SO DAMN LUCKY among all the victims! Maybe we were too happy during the match, so what comes up must comes down, so down we were that night. During our way back to Erin's house, Erin was so frustrated she even wanted to cancel our trip to Johor Bahru. And I was like 'Eh,why wanna cancel it? Aqmal's gonna be so sad if we cancel it. He is so excited about you guys coming to JB and now...' bla bla bla. I succeed to change Erin's mind and we off to Johor Bahru the next morning. Oh Nina didn't follow us to Johor Bahru by the way. *Sigh sigh* Anyway, we were lucky enough to get the window fixed on that morning in a random workshop when we were on our way to Johor Bahru.
The first stop of the day was Aqmal's house. Aqmal brought us to places where some of them that I don't even know (FYI I'm a JB-rian as well for 19 years!). Shame on you Veron! Anyway, Erin and Muz were so excited about the food, especially Muz. He ate all the kupang in a short time! Excited eh kau!
On the fourth day of our trip I brought them to Banafee Village for lunch and Sutera for some Chinese dessert. Apparently Erin and Muz were not quite adapted to the Chinese desserts, but they were obviously into the ayam penyet Banafee!
The hardest part was the part which tear us apart. *These words are too dramatic for this* So they hopped into the car and went back after we said our last goodbye.
Eh wait, not this (↑) car. This (↓) lah.
